Fudworks Creative Universe (“FCU,” “we,” “us”) operates fudworkscreativeuniverse.com (also reachable at fcuverse.com). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you join our email list, send a message through a contact form, or place an order, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, and any message you write.
- Order information. If you buy through our shop, our payment provider (Stripe) processes your payment. We do not store your full card number on this site. We keep order details such as your name, shipping address, and items purchased.
- Automatic information. Like most websites, our host and site tools may log technical details such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time. We may use cookies to keep the site working, remember your cart, and understand how the site is used.
How we use information
- To send the emails you signed up for, such as news about The Last Sentrys, new books, art, music, and releases.
- To reply to your messages and support requests.
- To process and ship orders and keep required records.
- To keep the site secure and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Email list
When you sign up, you agree to receive emails from FCU about our books, art, music, and releases. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. We keep your address until you unsubscribe.
Sharing
We share information only with services that help us run the site, such as our web host (Hostinger), our email delivery and form tools, and our payment provider (Stripe), and only as needed to provide those services. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other places, including Amazon, YouTube, Instagram, Threads, and Facebook. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them. Some links to books on Amazon may become affiliate links in the future; if so, we will say so clearly.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from emails, by contacting us below. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as well.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
